Virgin? For Men

“For on account of a harlot a man is brought to a piece of bread, and the adulteress stalks and snares [as with a hook] the precious life [of a man]”. Proverbs 6:26

Young man, your strength is in your loins. Your sperm was designed to reproduce, but to reproduce the right way. Any time you give of yourself, you leave a portion of yourself with the person you gave it to. Sex, is a powerful living thing and it is created by God for married people only!

One would argue that ‘if God knew the consequences of sexual feelings, then why did He put it in us’ ? Well, when He created man, he put everything in man: He created a masterpiece (You) with functionality buttons that could only be activated at certain stages in life. Every stage in a man’s Biological life, has its functionality and every stage comes with branches. At puberty, a boy begins to experience body changes towards manhood; at this stage, some functionalities have been activated based on the creators manual. Curiosity, adventure, and peer pressure kick in and want to be extremely explored; moderate becomes excessive and the parents become the villain! This si a process and it is important that a young man be guarded Biblically through this stage, because it is at this stage he begins to lay foundations that are Blue-prints for his future. Your strength is in your loins and your purity is quite important to God and you, because sex doesn’t just have the physical side, it is more of the spiritual and has implications and consequences! 30 seconds of pleasure can cost a man his whole life (sickness/disease), 30 seconds of pleasure can cost a man his future.

* The principle is this, stay pure until marriage.

“Give not your strength to [loose] women, nor your ways to those who and that which ruin and destroy kings”. Proverbs 31:3

We employ you to wait, stay strong and stay pure. YES, there will be temptations and desires will rise above the ceiling and almost push you to the wall, your friends will call you a fool and laugh at you and tell you are missing out on the enjoyment of life; but it is important to note that you are the driver in your life and you have to make the RIGHT decisions NOW so that you can have a life filled with joy, lovely stories, and fulfilment. Every man will stand before God in judgement and your friend’s will not be there: you will stand alone and give account of the decisions you made in life on earth!
